With 99% naturally derived ingredients, this moisturising
balm with shea butter and coconut leaves skin feeling nourished and hydrated.
Use generously on dry patches, from lips and cuticles to elbows and heels.
What We Think:
Initially this product has a dry and slightly coarse texture
which can make the transition from pot to skin slightly tricky. However, once
it's warmed to body temperature, the balm morphs into a lovely oil which melts
into the skin incredibly well.
In TLBG HQ, it proved to be a great tonic for dry elbows and heels, and
also provided relief to our poor, wintery weather-beaten hands; giving
nourishment to cuticles badly in need of some tender loving care.
The team found it also worked extremely well for sensitive
skin too, which is always a plus!
Pure Beauty Balm can also double up as a pretty decent lip
balm, so it's perfect if you're trying to cut down on the number of products in
your handbag. It's more or less unscented, with just the faintest hint of
coconut detectable and absorbs into lips easily.
In a Nutshell:
We'd definitely prefer it to be a bit less crumbly straight
out of the pot. But for just £2.99, there's absolutely no doubt that this
little balm is a fantastic buy and well worth adding to your skincare arsenal.
Stick it in your trolly when you do your weekly shop!
